Malisa Longo comes from Venice, Italy, and 9 days after Independence Day this year, she will turn 60. Malisa Longo is also known as Malisa Lang, Melisa Lang, Malisa Long, Melissa Long, Maria Luisa Longo (the name given to her at birth), Marisa Longo and Mary Louisa Longo. She appeared in almost 70 movies and TV shows to date, starting off when she was only 18. It is in this movie that she showed skin and appeared partially nude.

Though she acted in movies before, it was her work next to Bruce Lee in The Way of Dragon ('72) that she is perhaps best known for. Young and naive, she didn't really know who he was, and they had to explain it to her. While it wasn't a big role, it was a memorable one with Malisa Longo standing completely naked and indulging in some sex scenes (some which were cut).

She doesn't think that this changed her career much as the roles kept coming in, and apart from appearing next to Bruce Lee, she also did Western, but majority of her movies are for Italian and German audience. These movies varied in genre and went from Sci-Fi to girl wrestling and fighting.

While she still considers acting her main career and has been on stage as well as in front of the camera, she also concentrated on writing scripts and trying it out as a director.
